How to Delete Your Account

At Nischaya Yatra, we value your privacy and your control over personal data.

To delete your account, please follow the steps below applicable to both the Driver and Passenger applications.

Instructions for Both Driver and Passenger Apps

1. Launch the Nischaya Yatra app on your device.
2. Navigate to the Settings menu.
3. Scroll to and tap on the Delete Account option.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm and finalize the deletion of your account.

Important: If you are currently involved in any active rides — whether as a Passenger or Driver — you must complete those rides before you can delete your account.

Please be aware that deleting your account will permanently erase all your personal data and service history from our platform. This action cannot be undone.
